Nothing beats a hot bowl of pho after being up on the mountains all day. I got the rare beef and tripe in beef broth. No complaints. Ingredients are fresh. Portions are fair. There is no small or large option. Prices are a tad higher than the Bay Area. They also serve some basic Chinese and Thai dishes. I didn't try them so I can't say how they area. Seating can get cramped fast esp during peak time. I recommend coming early or ordering take out. Yum!

Delicious, prompt and friendly service. Was in Tahoe on a cold rainy day a few weeks back and the hubbs and I wanted pho to warm up. Their vegetable pho hit the spot! I want to drive back just to have it again.

It's good to see an ethnic Asian restaurant in this area. For the longest time, South Lake Tahoe just didn't have the cultural variety in food choices, often confined to standard American food. This Vietnamese restaurant is a good feature for the area. Additionally, they are reasonably priced in a sea of places that charge premium rates. The dish I ordered was economical and they aren't stingy with their servings.

Not sure what the bad reviews are all about, but... I am in Tahoe. It's cold. So I need me some soup. I got a P1 (beef soup combo ~$13), my friend got a P4 (beef soup with rare beef ~$12) We called over the phone and went to pick it up in about 15 minutes and they had it ready at the door. They were all wearing masks. When we brought it back, the meat was packaged in ziplock bags and the noodles were still nice and warm. They gave a good portion of bean sprouts as well. I wished there were more rare beef and meatballs. And the soup was WAY TOO salty. Good thing I had some hot water ready and poured about a cup in and it was perfect. I would give this meal a 3.5. I don't have any photos unfortunately because we scarfed it down as soon as I put it in the bowl :)
